Appliance & HVAC Repair in Beverly Hills, CA

Beverly Hills kitchens run on built-in, integrated equipment rather than free-standing appliances: refrigerator and freezer columns set into cabinetry, professional gas ranges with sealed burners, undercounter wine storage. Those machines fail differently than a big-box refrigerator, and pulling one out of a cabinet without damaging stone, panels or flooring is half the job.

We are an Irvine-based family shop that has 20+ years on this equipment, sealed systems, compressors and control boards, with EPA 608 certified technicians and a 90-day parts and labor warranty on every repair. Because Beverly Hills is a drive for us, we book a confirmed arrival window instead of promising a one-hour drop-in, and we give you a free estimate over the phone first.

Beverly Hills Neighborhoods We Serve

We cover all three Beverly Hills ZIP codes, 90210, 90211 and 90212, including the Flats, Trousdale Estates, the Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) hillsides along Coldwater Canyon, Benedict Canyon and Franklin Canyon, the Business Triangle, Beverly Hills Gateway, South Beverly Hills and the high-rise condominiums on the Wilshire corridor. The housing splits into three very different service problems: 1920s–1940s Spanish and Traditional homes in the Flats that have been remodeled around modern built-ins, 1950s–1960s mid-century homes in Trousdale with flat roofs and packaged HVAC equipment, and full-service condo buildings where every visit runs through a service elevator and a certificate of insurance.

Why Beverly Hills Homes Call Us Most

• Built-in and column refrigeration: Sub-Zero, Thermador and Miele built-ins are appliances we service with long professional experience, and we are Factory Authorized for Liebherr and LG. The failures we see most are condenser fans, evaporator fans, defrost systems and control boards; true sealed-system work goes to our sealed system and compressor team. General refrigerator repair covers the rest, and our guide on a Sub-Zero that stops cooling walks through what we check first.
• Professional ranges and wall ovens: Wolf, Viking and Thermador ranges with igniters that click without lighting, ovens that will not hold temperature, and failed door hinges or bake elements. We are also Factory Authorized for Bertazzoni. See oven and range repair.
• Wine storage, second kitchens and butler's pantries, undercounter wine columns, beverage centers and ice makers that stop cooling or freeze up. These sit in enclosed cabinet runs with almost no airflow, which is usually why they fail.
• Condo buildings with strict access rules: Wilshire-corridor and Doheny-area buildings ask for a certificate of insurance and a booked service elevator before a technician goes up. We are insured and send the paperwork to your building manager ahead of the appointment.
• Hillside AC in BHPO and Trousdale, condensers on canyon lots pull in dust and leaf litter, and after a summer of it the capacitor, contactor or condenser fan motor is the usual failure. We handle minor HVAC service and repairs; see air conditioning repair and AC maintenance. For anything that needs a full system installed, we hand it to a licensed installer rather than take it on.

Beverly Hills Appliance Repair: Common Questions

Do you repair Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele appliances in Beverly Hills?
Yes, as experienced independent technicians. We make no claim of a manufacturer relationship with Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking or Miele, and we will say so up front. Where we do hold factory authorization it is for LG, Liebherr, Bertazzoni, Zephyr, Hisense, Speed Queen, Thor and ZLINE, and our technicians are Samsung-certified.

How fast can you get to Beverly Hills from Irvine?
Beverly Hills is about 45 miles from our Irvine base, so we schedule a confirmed morning or afternoon window rather than promise a same-hour arrival. Same-day is possible when a technician is already working on the Westside. Call or text (949) 267-7771 and the dispatcher will tell you the next real opening, not a window we cannot keep.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my Beverly Hills building?
Yes. We are insured and routinely send a COI to Beverly Hills condo management before the visit, and we book the service elevator through your front desk if the building requires it.

My built-in refrigerator is not cooling but the lights work, is it the compressor?
Usually not. On built-in columns the common causes are a blocked or dirty condenser, a failed condenser or evaporator fan, a stuck defrost system or a control board, all repairable. A genuine sealed-system leak or compressor failure is far less common, and we confirm it with pressure and temperature readings before quoting one.

What does an appliance repair visit cost in Beverly Hills and is it guaranteed?
We give a free estimate over the phone first. The service call is a flat fee that depends on the appliance and is applied toward the repair when you approve the work, you get an itemized quote before we start, and every repair carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
