About Alpha & Omega — Company Facts

Everything a customer (or a search engine) usually asks, on one page: who we are, what we fix, what it costs, what we cover — and the work we turn down. Short, checkable statements, no marketing filler.

The short version

Alpha & Omega HVAC Appliance Repair is a family-owned, locally operated appliance repair company based in Irvine, California. We have been repairing appliances in Orange County since 2005 — more than 20 years. We come to your home, diagnose the machine in front of you, quote the repair before touching it, and back the work for 90 days on parts and labor. We repair; we do not sell appliances and we do not install heating or air conditioning systems.

What we repair

Household appliances, in your home:

Commercial kitchen refrigeration, for restaurants, markets, cafés and offices:

Air conditioning, within a limited scope:

Brands and what we may honestly claim

We keep this precise, because "authorized" is a legal claim, not a slogan.

What we do not do

Knowing what a company turns down is usually more useful than its list of services.

How a visit works

  1. You call or text (310) 600-8152, or send the form on the home page. Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it is doing.
  2. We book a time window and confirm by text. Have the model number handy if you can — our short checklist for what to do before the technician arrives speeds up the visit.
  3. The technician diagnoses the unit and quotes the exact repair before starting. The $85 fee comes off that price when you go ahead.
  4. Most repairs finish on the first visit; common parts ride in the van. If a part is ordered, we schedule the return visit when it lands.
  5. You pay when the machine works, and the 90-day parts-and-labor warranty is printed on the invoice. Typical price ranges by job type are in our Orange County repair cost guide.

Warranty, in plain terms

Every completed repair carries a 90-day warranty on both the parts we installed and the labor. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we come back at no charge. Some manufacturer parts carry longer coverage of their own, and a repair still under a factory warranty is a different animal — our guide to how appliance warranties actually work explains which one applies to you.

Where we work

Irvine is home base, so Irvine, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Lake Forest and Mission Viejo usually get the earliest slots. We cover the whole of Orange County — Santa Ana, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Fullerton, Orange, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente and the rest — plus parts of Los Angeles County. Check your ZIP code on the service areas page, or start with Irvine.

Questions people actually ask
