• Job details: the appliance, the problem described, parts used, estimates, invoices and payment status.
• Website data: basic technical information (pages visited, browser type) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To schedule, perform and follow up on your repair (confirmations, technician on-the-way notices, parts updates, invoices and estimates).
• To answer your questions and provide warranty service.
• To ask, once, for feedback or a review after a completed job.
• To keep records required by law and by our license.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you service-related text messages (appointment confirmations, updates, invoice links, a review request). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support categories, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business — scheduling/CRM software, payment processing, our phone and text-messaging carrier, parts suppliers (shipping address only) — and only as needed to do the job. We never sell your information.

Security & retention

We keep job and invoice records as long as required for warranty and tax purposes, and protect them with access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
