What the Annual Visit Covers
- Refrigerator / freezer — condenser coil cleaning, condenser fan check, door gasket and hinge inspection, defrost drain clearing, temperature check in both compartments.
- Dryer — internal lint removal around the heater and motor, drum rollers and belt inspection, exhaust vent cleaning (standard wall vent up to 25 ft), airflow test.
- Washer — fill hoses and inlet screens, drain pump filter, tub and door seal cleaning, leveling and spin test.
- Dishwasher — filter and spray arm cleaning, door gasket, float switch, drain and inlet valve check, heating test.
- Oven / range — igniter and burner check, door hinges and gasket, temperature calibration reading.

What It Does Not Include
Parts and repair labor are billed separately (with your 10% member discount and our 90-day warranty). Roof dryer vents and vent runs over 25 feet are quoted on site. Central air conditioning, heat pumps and furnaces are handled under a separate AC maintenance visit. The plan covers one household address in our Orange County service area.
