Alpha & Omega HVAC Appliance Repair

I disconnected the heat deflector in the back of my dryer to clean out the lint. But I didn't know it would disconnect the whole dryer drum! I attempted to fix on my own at first but I couldn't lift and get it back into place. Alpha Techs were able to fix my dryer quickly and efficiently. They were courteous when they arrived and they only charge for the initial service fee, since it was a quick job! They did a great job! I was expecting that they would have to take apart the dryer, but they didn't have to. It took two of them to get it, but it was done within 15 mins or so.

Referred by LG after initial diagnostic call to LG 800 number (in product manual). These guys came once to diagnose (& get deposit on parts) and once to install. Both times, called before arrival, came within appointment time frame. Much appreciated, thanks! Repaired both fridge and dryer on same visit(s). Worked hard the whole time (the job is not just swapping out parts, there is brazing which looks kind of like welding and gas recovery and exchange involved) and answered questions by text (my choice) afterwards. FYI it takes a fridge awhile to get back up to speed once repaired. So far so good! :-)

Found them on the LG website, they responded to my initial call for fridge repair on a Sunday, offered to come out the next day, couldn't have them over until Tuesday, came on time, communicated clearly, diagnosed the problem, expedited delivery of parts at my request, came immediately back on Friday to repair, once again on time and with incredible care and attention to the issue. The technician I dealt with is called Felix and I will welcome him into my home any time. An unbelievably knowledgeable and kind person. Will never go anywhere else for appliance repair again.
